Q1.What tips do you offer?
We offer tips in English Premier League, English FA Cup, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Cup, Italian Serie A, German Bundesliga, Spanish League and International Matches.

Q2.Don't you think your tips are a little too expensive?
No, we don't think so. We do think that our tips are worth the price because of its quality.

Q3.Is there a trial period before we join as a member?
No, there isn't any trial period. If you doubt the quality of our tips, just monitor our records for some time and only join as a member when you think the quality of our tips is up to your expectation.

Q4: Are the records displayed are all true records?
Absolutely YES. We don't cheat. When we lose, we don't try to give excuses. We don't want to ruin our reputation by cheating, but we always want to maitain our reputation by being honest and always provide the highest quality of service to our members. All our members know that.

Q5: How many tips do you release per month?
We do not have quotas for the amount of tips to be released. Usually we will release 4 to 5 tips per week.

Q6: Will I know in advance if there will be any tips available on the match day itself?
Yes, you will see the notice on the announcement section.

Q7: When will you post the Tips?
We will post our Tips 45 minutes to 2 hours before kick off. Tips for midnight matches will be released before 12.00 AM.

Q8: Do you refund for unused credit?
No, we do not provide any refund for unused credit unless it fits into our guarantee policy.

Q9: What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Card payment, Bank Tranfer and Western Union.

Q10: What should I do if I want to pay by Bank transfer or Western Union Worldwide Transfer?
Please send e-mail to support@1soccertips.com with information about the location(state and country) that you will be doing the transaction AND you prefer bank.
